If you choose to use pet insurance, you are responsible for submitting claims to your insurance provider. We will provide all necessary documentation to assist with your claim, but payment to us is still required at the time of service.
During regular business hours, we accommodate emergency cases as quickly as possible. For after-hours emergencies, please contact our recommended emergency veterinary hospital. Contact information is available on our website and voicemail system.
